I work with families, businesses, schools, and community groups (like churches, temples and moms clubs) to promote wellness.
It’s my passion to help pregnant moms learn about nourishing foods so that they are confident and at peace with the nutrition choices they make for themselves, their babies, their families and in effect for our future generations.
Our food can be our friend or foe. I made friends with food and now my mission is to educate everyone I come in contact with about the healing power of healthy, nutritious and good food.
